If you're looking for a uplifting way to spend your Saturday morning, Without Wings is inviting you to a special 'Joyful Singing' workshop today. Designed to create positive energy and foster wellbeing through the power of communal singing, this event is part of the charity's ongoing 'Be Well & Connected Manx Lottery Trust' funded programme.

Sing Your Way to Wellbeing on the Isle of Man

The workshop takes place this morning from 10am to 12pm at The Roundhouse, with sessions led by local musician and workshop practitioner Luna Tang. Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Trust, champions activities that support those living with autoimmune conditions—where the body mistakenly attacks its own cells—and the wider community.

Singing has long been recognised as a therapeutic activity that lifts mood, reduces stress, and strengthens social connections. This free workshop offers Manx residents a chance to experience those benefits firsthand in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The 'Joyful Singing' event is part of a regular monthly series, so if you can't make it today, keep an eye out for future dates. Whether you're a confident singer or simply want to try something new and meet like-minded islanders, this is a wonderful opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing.
