Weather finally clears as TT organisers announce three races for Friday, June 5th
After another day of weather cancellations, there's good news for Isle of Man TT fans and competitors. Race organisers have released a revised schedule with three races planned for Friday, June 5th, giving the TT bank holiday weekend a much-needed boost following persistent poor conditions.
The action kicks off early with the Supersport 2 race at 11:45am, featuring two laps of the famous 37.73-mile Mountain Course. Fans looking for mid-afternoon excitement won't be disappointed, as the Sportbike race takes to the roads at 2:15pm, also running for two laps.
The showstopper comes later in the day with the Senior TT scheduled for 4:15pm, running the full four-lap distance. All course roads will close at 10:00am and reopen no later than 9:30pm, giving spectators plenty of time to find their vantage points and soak in one of motorcycling's greatest spectacles.
If you're planning a trip to the Isle of Man for the TT, Friday promises to be an unmissable day of racing action. Check the official TT schedule for any further updates before you travel.
