TT 2026 marshal recruitment is on track with strong volunteer numbers and fresh faces joining experienced campaigners

As the Isle of Man TT Races 2026 approach, organisers have shared encouraging news: marshal numbers are looking 'pretty healthy' ahead of the world-famous racing fortnight. Despite a few vacancies to fill, the Isle of Man TT Marshals organisation has confirmed they're on course to have the full complement of volunteers needed to oversee qualifying and race sessions across the two weeks of action.

Marshals Gearing Up for Another Successful TT

Every session during the racing fortnight requires a minimum of 600 marshals to ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of riders and spectators. Officials are particularly pleased by the influx of new volunteers signing up alongside a strong return of experienced marshals who know the ropes. This mix of fresh enthusiasm and seasoned expertise bodes well for TT 2026.

Getting Involved: How to Volunteer

If you're interested in being part of the TT marshal team during this year's racing fortnight, the Isle of Man TT Marshals organisation is actively recruiting. The team has set up an information marquee within the TT Paddock on Glencrutchery Road in Douglas—it's located closest to the Dukes Avenue entrance, opposite Police Headquarters.

The marquee will be open throughout late May and early June, offering full details about volunteer opportunities and what's involved in marshalling. You can also find more information online via the Isle of Man TT Marshals website.
